Industry World.

Back Again to write a new post about my experience working for 2 months in a fast food restaurant.
'M' .

I want to write about it as In this world not all customers are right .

Shall tell you my experience with some customer.

Customer 1 :
This old uncle came to buy 3 burger sets and wanted to takeaway, That day Im the only one who was in the counter alone so I had to prepare everything all by myself. As a staff there I had to follow instructions by the manager . In Mos Burger , After a customer had told us the orders that they want, We are suppose to prepare drinks, Soups, etc. before collecting money as we are suppose to serve customers first. So this uncle had order 3 burger sets which consist of 3 drinks and I had to prepare it alone before collecting his money . As I was preparing his drinks for takeaway , He asked me the total price and i said $25. After I finish preparing the drinks , he suddenly walkaway which left me dumbfounded and I had no choice but to use another counter ( There are 2 counters) as He DID NOT gave me any money or whatsoever . When Im serving other customers using another counter, My manager came to change the money ( Usually in fast food restaurant they split money by morning to afternoon sales and afternoon to closing sales) My manager had asked me why was the orders left halfway , I had to tell him that the uncle did not gave me the money and walkaway . My manager told me that to cancel his orders and when he come back, tell him to order again, I had to obey his instructions and he had to change the money for both counter. After 10 mins when the uncle came back this was the conversation:

Uncle: My order ready or not , im rushing .
Me: Your order is not ready as you did not gave me tha cash and my manager had to cancel the order.
After that the uncle was angry and rage that he scolded me
Uncle: Why you cannot take my money first huh, Im rushing to somewhere now you tell me that My order is not done what is this!!????
Me:You can order again as the burger are done and we just need to pack for you , And we are suppose to prepare your drinks before collecting your money.
Uncle: Why you cannot prepare the drinks later ? you can collect my money first what .
After that he scolded me loudly and he walk away...

I cant help but to say that this uncle is wtf .
-In the world he is not the only one who is rushing .
-I also cannot prepare the drinks later as there were many customers and If I was to collect his money and he walk away , the next customer will want to order their orders which makes me difficult to prepare later.
-He can place his money at the counter but he choose not to.

Im angry as i did nothing wrong and he scold me like wtf .

Customer 2 + others who did the same action:
After they order their set meals, We (Me+ other staffs) need to preapare their drinks and etc. After we prepare they will last minute say ' I do not want ice, My burger I want to remove this etc.. ' This cause us LOTS of troubles as we need to prepare new drinks and need to inform the kitchen etc etc...

- Please for god sake , Please tell to staff you order next time to do not add items to your drinks or food , It causes for many F&B business lots of trouble.

Customer 3 + others:
I think they are very greedy for god sake as The customers ask for lots of chilli and ketchup sauce as usually we will place 2 chilli+2 ketchup in the baskets as we serve. Please use finish before asking another one cause not only you are wasting food but in third world countries , they cant even have proper food to eat.

AND for f--- sake

we are not waitress nor waiter, Dont raise your hands if you need sauce or mayonnaise or other items, Be considerate by going to the kitchen or counter to ask for the items that you need.

Last but not least , this is go out to all customers be it you done it or not.
CLEAR YOUR EFFING TRAY. Common sense to all users do clear your tray eating , is a bad habit for not clearing your own rubbish after eating , I mean,hey you people are well educated , work in bank and high corporate companies and you cant even clear your trays like wts and wtf . Not trying to offence anyone but basic common sense and being a considerate citizen.

PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE DONT THROW RUBBISH ON THE FLOOR. When Im sweeping the floor during closing , I find lots of random stuffs on the floor such as tissue ,forks ,spoon . I would understand that BUT BURGER BUN AND PATTY ON THE FLOOR??!!! I dont understand as the staffs gave you a tray you could have throw it on the tray but on the floor??!! (I Understand if it was accident but purposely??!!) It make us very difficult to clean and mop as some patty it will stick on the floor.

Oh and I have done burgers too, To customers out there, DO RESPECT PEOPLE WHO MAKE BURGERS or work in fast food restaurant , is not easy to work as we need to serve you to make you satisfied. Imagine you holding a hot burger bun with your hands ( with one layer of glove) and taking the patty put some sauce and vegetables etc. before wrapping . IS AINT AN EASY JOB . and after working your skin starting to peel off .

AND last thing, If you can't wait for your burgers, simply dont order. There are lots of food out in the world and if you are an impatient person who cant wait for your orders. Just dont order.

X This post is not trying to offence anyone but to share and aware people to be a considerate citizen and to make fast food restaurant staffs to work easier X

To be very honest hiring people to work in fast food restaurant is tough. As long hours, Low salary , to be fast in making everything is not an easy job to aunties , teens and many more.

Customers

I have set up a blogshop in instagram and I have many customers that really bothers me a lot !

Some are those Primary school kids and They are very....noisy and kept asking whats this and that I mean you have your own eyes right?

and there is a thing called GOOGLE They can able to help you with almost everything .. -__-

Next there all another type of customers that want to backouts -_____-
They bought so many things and suddenly I want to cancelled

NEXT TIME BEFORE ORDERING CHECK WHICH ITEM YOU WANT

and some cancelled I asked them to pay the backout fee if they dont want to be blacklisted

they just went MIA .

I M NOT AS EASY AS YOU THINK IDIOTS -______________________-

Please Guys next time when ordering items online , please think before you order thats all

STRESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

School is making me stress like shit.

So many homework everyday and sometimes i cant even finish it because

- Not enough time
- I need to do housework
-What about my tv and gaming
-Dinner and bonding with my grandparents and mom

and tbh Singapore Education System is just so fuck up , We , Students, want to have more time to do our things like playing, hanging out with families and friends , Do the things that can achieve our dreams and not going to school everyday to sit for 5-7 hours listening to teachers and after that do homework ,tests,exams.

Singapore should use people with talents and not just certificate that prove them well. What if over a period of time and their attitude getting worst the certificates are not going to help them , I mean , who would want to use a person with a lot of certificates and without talents and ability.

Singapore should also have a variety of CCAs
My school only have Band,Dance,Guzheng,Drama,Tech Council,NPCC,NCC Sea,GB,BB,OPC,Soccer,Floorball,Netball

Other schools and other countries have swimming,Tennis, Golf, Table Tennis,Bowling,skiing, Sewing, and many more.

Singapore schools should not be longer than 6 hours , We need to do many things and if school hours are damn long how the fuck we can finish our homework, bonding with family members?

Singapore should educate a students attitude and manners not about teaching this subject or that subject , without a good attitude and manners how is that student going to work ?

The reason now why many elderly are put in the old aged home because they didnt bond with the family members for long period of time , the child is always busy with schoolwork and the parents simply have very long hours of work too

and Singapore please dont let any more foreigners to come in to SG , not saying im mean or rude but I find Singapore is overcrowding with people and when I go out , I feel suffocated with the noise that people made and we had to squeeze in the trains and buses

School Starts

School Has been start few weeks ago ... Gonna Tell you what is my class like

Basically there are more girls than boys in my class lol
More Chinese than Malays ( Not Racist it just that Malays students is less than half of my class)
More Bitches and Sluts Around ( People that I hate)
More Talkative People ( Which I Hate)

Sooo Now to My Subject Teachers

Math
This Teacher is a new Math Teacher from Coral secondary School, He is very strict in teaching but sometimes he will make jokes , He always talk Quite Loud ... And GIVE A LOT OF HOMEWORK BASICALLY and I have many other subjects so I usually can't finish all his homework that he gave. .... oh well... quite sarcastic .. and a bit lame lmao.. BUT He teach quite good , I can understand most of his talking and yeah..

Physics
My Physics Teacher is basically my form teacher LOL, He is quite nice and He doesnt really give us a lot of homework ( OMFG THANK YOU) and he teach us step by step which is easy to understand and Go through the worksheet. Oh And he let us play with the Measuring Instrument LOL

Chemistry
My Chem Teacher is call HL (LOL) And She Bring us to the Chemistry Lab and Play with the experiment (WHICH I LIKE THE MOST HAHA) and She teach us quite clearly and yeah...

Amath
My Amath Teacher is actually very nice , She help us with the question we dont know and the more she go into the topic , the more I get confuse and I WANT TO CHANGE SUBJECT TO DESIGN & TECHNOLOGY T^T

History
My History Teacher is an old woman LOL She teach us and basically I dont know what she is talking for most of it... The Only thing I like her class Cause Is a Combine class with a B Class and I can chat to my friends but usually we hardly talk lol

Social Studies
I just met my teacher last week cause she had some events and she is in charge of it soo... Basically I dont know what is her teaching matter but I will know soon.

English
my English Teacher is my CCA Teacher, Not all students listen to him lol , I listen to him most of the time and his teaching tbh need to improve , cause I hardly hear anything since im sitting at the back ... but I still understand what he is talking

Chinese
My Chinese Teacher is so joke lmao , really enjoy his lesson even though my chinese is very bad and .. yeah

Holidays is coming

Hi Im back after a long break , been busy with things like exams, tests, my idols , concert , results and now Im free and decided to update after thousand million of years.

So How was my life till now?

Busy.Tired.Frustrating.Irritating.Happy.

Busy.
I was busy with school works like homework, tests and exams as This year it is my streaming year and i had to study hard to get the class I want .

Tired.
I am very tired everyday as my uncle move house and had to help him thus im so tired that my whole body cant move. and also this past few weeks my mom health was not good and I had to take care of her and do housework chores. And my classmates are having some love rumours and scandal and had to help them oh well... and had to settle peoples that are irritating and piss me off.....

Frustrating.
Those people who have attitudes oh well... they follow you and is like .... Frustrating...

Irritating.
Life is irritating everybody had to live with it and It piss me off ....

Happy.
I finished my exams , results has been out and I was satisfied with it . Holidays are also coming and i only have 5 more days to go to schools and Im free after that .I m happy also as I went to a concert ( OGS ) but i did not go there to see my idols ,I went there to buy merchandise but mostly were sold out and I only bought a Towel that cost $35 and i enjoy myself at there,Went to many booths that Samsung created and get to use Samsung new phone Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy Gear which I really want as It is cool and I can sneak in to concert

Holidays Plan.

I do not really have one but this is what I want to accomplish this coming Holidays
- Hang out with Sharlin and Xue Qiu
- Go to the new Downtown East which I havent been there for many months
- Lose weight like maybe 2 kg Not going to be greedy
- Earn money around $20
- Dance
- Stalk idols
- Hang Out with my cousin
